Thinking

Going to be cooking tamales today! So, not really a great idea to plan any other productive stuff today. Today is the third day of adhd medication. Still going strong, I think. Also, certain things are noticeably different. I just watched a 1-hour MTG Arena draft video but was then able to switch to this planning setup here. Before, it would have been pretty hard to escape.

I still may want to avoid watching such videos. Like, completely? I haven't really been playing MTG Arena lately, so it's not educational like it was. There are higher quality things to spend my leisure time on (like season 5 of She-Ra, which I watched two episodes of this morning).

Today is the second day of no caffeine. The first day of medication, I still had my morning espresso. I took both around 0600, but was wired until past 2200. Didn't fall asleep until 2300. I still woke up at 0500 the next day (yesterday), which I'm grateful for. Not sure if my exhaustion yesterday was the lack of caffeine or the poor night of sleep (probably both), but noticably I had plenty of energy unti I crashed around 1830. I also managed a nap yesterday.

We'll see how today goes afte having slept about 11 hours or so.

Been bad about stretching the past few days. Stretching is an integral part of maintaining the life that I enjoy. I need to stretch everyday. It may behoove me to make entertainment off limits until after I've done my morning stretching. After this pomodoro, I'll do a warm up and stretch before I go grocery shopping to get the last of the tamale stuff we need.
